Nah,I keep getting people that reach out to me to evaluate their current SEO companies and what they are doing  is OK.Without exception, its horse crap.So, what ever you find online about SEO.. take it with a grain of salt!

I have a 10 acre horse property that has no liens on it.

Landlords are of course waiting to see what’s happening due to rents stalling.

Its been stalled for the last month due to the virus and all construction being stopped by the city.

HI - I am looking for ideas/advice for a stalled construction project.

Are we going to have a slight stall and values pick up right where they were before, are values going to take a 10-20-30% hit, or will pent up demand surge pricing the other way.

Just be aware that you need to double (at minimum) all timelines, and plan for refi's to stall for the next few months.
