Come to find out, once the floors dried, they looked horrible.

Horrible but my deed was recordedthat says I own both the land and the home on top as both are on title.So I go about my business and this woman shows up bothering my workers, saying it's her stuff in trailer and she's the granddaughter and yada yada she gets some stuff and I swear I didn't do it, but she ends up dead a couple months later.

You want to make sure this person is responsive as there's a ton of agents that are horrible at returning calls/texts/emails.

Is the area so horrible that you can't get landlord insurance in it?  

The tenants are typical tenants, good most days then horrible others.I have 2 very young kids now and I'm interested in buying number 2 and possibly 3 in a better area but keep in mind that I have a full time municipal job and family that is at the forefront.

Just because there is a lot of crime doesn’t make it a bad horrible place. 

They want be able to sell a homes that is in horrible condition for a million bucks.
