You are providing her with business and if she doesn't want to help you there are loads of other agents who would be thrilled to work alongside you!

Any good Mexican lawyer will advise a foreigner against buying that type of property, unless the foreigner wants to assume the risk of course.It's important to realize that, even though Mexico is part of the OECD, it is still a developing country, alongside with the Dominican Republic.

I'm starting to look at getting a second property here but I'm being held back by this systematic hiccup - has anyone used any property management that has been successful for them in Nashville?

My first two portfolios I used my normal "buy and hold" guy and we ran into hiccups with every carrier, then we switched to a commercial insurance policy and it has been blissfully light!

  +700 individuals sometimes have their hiccups, specially if they are renting. 

These gentleman have all had great success in REI and I would be willing to pay to play so to speak for the education and honor of working alongside them.

If there is anyone with even little or such experience being an agent alongside being an investor in any market, it would  be greatly appreciated you all can please educate me whether or not being an agent is a great decision!

For example:1) Class type- B/C class2) ideal property size- 16 or more doors3) Vacancy rate- nothing below x%4) Absorption rate- 5) Cap rate / coc return- etc..I realize that everybody will likely have different goals for investing and will be in different markets so this will drastically change certain answers to the above but if you could also share your actual numbers alongside the checklist this will be very helpful to me.
