I didn't read the website you were referring to earlier, but I know that there are attorneys who specialize only in dog bite cases - because there are laws on the books that give specific penalties that are non-negotiable, related to dog bites.  

Just enough so I know and can reconcile my books later.

Plus if you have good systems in place, you should be spending much less time on each booking than what your cleaner spends cleaning it.

Take a copy of the lease, payment history and if you have one your receipt book.

They don't write books, do seminars or post on social media.

You will also learn more by picking up a few books under $150. 

As you get further into your journey read the House Hacking BP book, it's my favorite BP book personally.

That method will increase your ROE significantly more.Also read the BP book on BRRRR investing.
