Currently I use Intelius to pull numbers and relatives numbers but honestly more than 60 percent of the numbers are incorrect and it’s getting frustrating.

I'm sorry it can be frustrating but people that don't buy smart don't last long. 

I was frustrated with all the financial documents they needed to see.

I feel that is usually an exercise in frustration. 

I wouldn't be frustrated but for the fact that someone will buy this unit and my assumption is...will make money. 

I know that hiring the guy/girl who does something day in and day out is way better than me at it, and can save me time/money/frustrations.

But I already said no way I will cosign on that loan.Yes, that would be my plan getting a bigger house or an actual duplex so we can leverage some of the expenses through rent, but my parents and ironically brother are saying I cant think of that house as an investment because my parents just want a house to live comfortably their retirenment (which makes me ****in mad) because its such an stupid idea especially with our situation.I am extremely frustrated, everybody is making me seem as the bad guy that doesnt wanna help the family because I have my own plans.

Despite having a solid track record of analysis and execution as well as the ability to personally guarantee loans due to a fantastic W2 job, I am struggling to raise capital apart from banks.I would really appreciate some insights from those of you who have felt this same frustration.

Bought a duplex last year in what we thought was an up and coming area. Assessed at purchase price. After tenants moved out, we are now struggling with vacancy for almost 6 months. Renovating but not getting the right...

It's frustrating, but if you do the right thing you'll get better service in the long run  ;) ;)
