Stuck in the in between
Hello BP community! I find myself stuck! I am not brand new to RE investing, but I am a long way from being well experienced. I own 11 doors which are all providing great cash flow.
Personally, I have found this middle ground to be the most challenging. I have good experience that is interesting to new people and I try to answer their questions as best as I can from the knowledge I have gained thus far. But I am definitely not big enough to run with the big dogs.
My challenge is that I feel stuck in this middle space. Despite having a solid track record of analysis and execution as well as the ability to personally guarantee loans due to a fantastic W2 job, I am struggling to raise capital apart from banks.
I would really appreciate some insights from those of you who have felt this same frustration. How did you move beyond it? Is there a specific thing you can point to which was a turning point?
