I definitely think section 8 is a safe bet.

As rates can fluctuate, acting sooner may give you more flexibility.

Just curious how it really  turned out if it only made 10K average investor who would have had to borrow money would have been in the hole on this flip..So if you care to share the details I bet others would be very interested.OH i see your with velkesman I know those guys they charge money to get into their program..

And I'd bet your 'Contractor' is not licensed or is not very good compared to typical standards...But good luck....

Honestly, big banks have terrible rates on mortgage.Work with a broker, they are your best bet; pricing beats big banks 9 times out of 10.

Or would you rather be paying out of pocket to provide a house to your guestsEvolve had its purpose, but they give little flexibility with pricing.
