Most of the features need to be activated and set up manually and procedures need to be in place in order for it to work properly.

I do believe the court will take into consideration the policies and procedures that were in place at the time, the notifications of problems received from the tenant, and the adequacy of your response.

This law appears to violate procedural due process on its face. 

I've certainly done my own transactions and recorded my own deeds but it's not something I would do as a regular procedure In MD the law require an attorney creates deeds.
