PMI: $65 Property taxes (school/village/county/city), monthly: $296Maintenance/Repairs fund (10%): $180Insurance: $55RG&E: $100Vacancy (5%): $90Water/Sewer: $35TOTAL FIXED EXPENSES: $1509.60So based on what I have above.. this would seem like a good deal, would it not?

If you were wanting to get into vacation property, which I know nothing about, I'd suspect you would want something that offers a spectacular view and close proximity to city activity (Fox theater, Washington St, Soulard, Arch, Busch Stadium/Ballpark Village, Savvis Center, etc.).

Warrendale / University / Rosemont (et all) English Village are some of the areas that are good and I invest in but there are others with no names that I know of and are just "North of X and S. of Y" etc....2.

A half block east of Rosewood, it does feel like and is a residential neighborhood).I personally live in Halteman Village -- which is just west of that property.
