Clearly it will fail more often than not. 

Meanwhile  they completely ignore the action items that should be implemented on a daily basis to greatly reduce the claims from arising in the first place and fail to take the steps that properly prepare for when the claims arise.  

Back to the original question or statement: WHY do most wholesalers fail? 

We were in a meeting for about 30 minutes where I went over every little detail and re-assured her there was 0 chance of me failing.

We go down to a 75k value/purchase price for example and some of the same tests that a loan this size may fail for a standard mortgage would not be an issue. 

I have had the pleasure to work with some outstanding agents over the last couple years and while they are all doing well, they fail to develop the kind of gravity you would expect to see from their completley different level of skills and performance.

As far as jumping straight into apartments, this is where I have actually seen several doctors who I know personally fail (they got taken advantage of by their partners because they didn't have the time to be involved and supervise, or the knowledge they needed to avoid being ripped off).

Shellpoint has repeatedly cashed my checks (which were on time EVERY MONTH) and continues to fail to properly credit me (even though coupons were enclosed).

@Sean Lin Are you really going to promote the fact you are brokering 14% Cap rate deals and then fail to share any details?
