(Of course double check their work later) ALMOST always the guys will be willing to perform sidework and either have their own equipment or use the companies they work for and will have connections of their own for other contractors with large concrete saws, a pump truck, have an in with the inspectors/codes etc.Largest concrete project I've put together to date was a 33 yard pour.

Im on a mon to mon now i have a friend that has been staying here and now im told my rent will increase, the electrical is always blowing a fuse so im w/o power for most of the day throughout the home untill the niece who lives in the main home gets home or feels like resetting the electrical box, i got a window unit cooler after my home registered 95deg inside im being told this plc isent equip for it the main home has 1 running as well.

I do not know the IRC section of the top of my head, but I know there is some type of exemption for business start-up costs; as long as the expenses were incurred before the business was created, and the business is actually created (something like up to $50,000).That could be something you could look into for getting started with advertisements, equipment, etc.2) With unequal time, capital and skills, how can the profits be shared?

Bob, I also have experience in Records Storage - and enough to know that the 1st step is to add that piece to your feasibility study to determine if there is enough need to warrant the initial outlay in bar coding, scanning equipment - racking, and yes, HVAC equipment.

Certainly it will be slanted toward the owner and PM, having your attorney review I'd look more to what might be enforced rather than what they require, penalties are negotiable, insurance is as well, equipment and fixtures might be as well.
