As for electrical a few things to think about:1.

In addition, they will need space in the common areas for their stuff as well (think refrigerator & pantry for food, etc.)No background check will show how clean they are, how they respect your space, whether they are a loud person, or a night owl, who they invite over to stay with them and such.  

Especially for parents who need to cook and don’t want to feel left out, while also making sure that their toddler isn’t running around with a butter knife and trying to stick it in electrical sockets.

This means, site plan has been signed off by the county, building plan is approved, site has water, electricity, and sewer/septic.

While trades like electric and plumbing are licensed here, GC are not licensed by the state.

Three or more months and have the renters pay for water and electric but offer Internet and yard care.
