I loved the university days but the dominant thought on graduation day was that you can learn anything you want with a little curiosity and determination.

And population shifts. and erosion of neighborhoods that were great 5 years ago but have turned into renter dominated areas.

Gene Collins who was the head of engineering and Grading department had championed for a tunnel between hopland and Lakeport but of course never got anywhere. 

It was called sub-prime lending and it was dominated by a huge company called Countrywide.

I also don't understand contract law either, but it seems fair to me, I don't know anything about being the dominate or servant type stuff, I just need weasel clauses so I feel safe enough to go hang a contract on some homeowner and after I screw up, I can walk away!

Well I don't want to get too political on here.I guess I am considered a liberal because as of right now neither party is really making me jump up and down to vote for them.I believe Government is necessary TO AN EXTENT just like FREE ENTERPRISE.When one dominates the other the power swings too much in one direction and we are out of balance as a country.Obama keeps increasing the debt and create more bloat with Government programs.I don't like that.The unemployment rate in Washington is I believe 1 percent or so.The majority of other states are taking a bath with high unemployment.The Republicans still haven't figured out that to win an election you have to win the middle (undecided) voters !
