Sounds enticing:  buy property after property for .35 on the dollar, quickly flip it to someone else for a fast, fat profit. 

If this was a million dollar piece of land, thats an issue. 

Your dollar will be worth less than an Indian Rupee.

Also, you probably have several thousands of dollars in  furnishings that you need to recoup.

Our medium term rental on the west side we have just lucked out with and have a tenant paying top dollar and he keeps extending. 

That is key IMHO.As far as furniture, OfferUP, Facebook Marketplace and Craiglist has a TON of USA made furniture for either free or pennies on the dollar.

The capital to deploy higher than the Midwest but the margin dollars and compounding is higher.
