Several of my mobiles have different rents that were grandfathered in, so that helps, but several are on the same rent and occasionally someone will forget their printed deposit slip and just go to the bank and hand write one out and not put the unit number on.

I only know of this from a conversation with another landlord of an RSO because my property has no parking at all.Also, if you do separate the parking lease, be very upfront about it and don't make it seem like you are hiding it in the fine print of your advert.

Think about working with a mailing list broker to make some suggestions.Also be sure that the list you get has been run through the National Change of Address (NCOA) so you don't waste printing a postage mailing to bad addresses.
