I was on the phone with a loan rep & they conveniently hung up/got disconnected with me.

Actually, I'm not a "trainer, mentor, coach," so perhaps that's the disconnect.

Disconnect the existing plumbing upstream reasonable enough to give you room to install adaptors and new plumbing.  

Then, I tried to call them only to find that the phone number I was given was disconnected.  

Main thing is it draws attention to any building code faults and often properties which are older (even 10 yrs) may be out of code for something which can cost 1000s to address such as a main electrical disconnect panel, or perhaps even need for fire caulking or barrier requirement in say a garage space.  

Why the disconnect here?

They actually called Saturday, but this is the first I noticed I had a new message as service has been spotty.The utility company said a disconnect was planned for sometime today.  

Many felt these employees were not nearly as productive as those interacting with people on a daily basis and were mostly disconnected from the Organization and just sucking up a paycheck for minimal overall productivity.In fact the trend hasn't really played out.
