My son currently lives in the townhouse b/c he is going to school and works in the area.Since he is young and starting out in life, I would like for him to only cover the basic costs (taxes, HOA, utilities) just enough for me to break even (I believe that will put him slightly little lower than market rent rates). 

What are out of state investors doing in Cuyahoga County if they don't have a property manager?

Is there anything I should focus on for the design / layout if the purpose is mainly for renting out?

I see the importance of having a team to help you out, but I don't understand the portion about paying back the loan, how much I should have before investing, if there are anything different if I will be investing from another country as a citizen etc.

So if you want to cut out that commission - sorry, hasn't worked.

I think a March 1 lease might be a little out of reach..

Are there any lenders or resources out there that can provide DSCR loans or other types of loans that are less than 100K and don't require prior ownership history?
