We all want more bookings but the real question is how do we get there!

Hello,I'm from Canada and looking to get into the US real estate market.

As a real estate agent, I have helped clients who didn't live in the area find homes and land.

My recommendation is to see if you can work for a company in real estate or wholesaling that way you get training and education while getting paid 

It also gets you into real estate sooner and lets you start gaining experience as a landlord.

You're supposed to have a license in every state if you are representing either a buyer or a seller in a real estate transaction, or acting as an intermediary in the sale of real estate.

Learning that I prefer money invested in real estate over money sitting in the bank... don't we all?!

I know when i travel to hotels ( which is almost every month) I check for coffee pods and will choose hotel that has them  then i bring my own pods LOL  unless its a real high end hotel and they have the ultra coffee makers  do your cleaners know how to clean the water repository on a Keurig?
