I have opened my LLC as the company brain, and a LLP where my Brain LLC and all the other investors’s LLCs will convey.

Invite them to lunch and pick their brains every 3-4 months.

Howdy BP: I currently work for a large GC in the Austin area and my job does not allow ANY additional brain space or time to work on my own investing. 

I'd like to take you out for a bite to eat and pick your brain on the concept and how you are using it. 

My gut was to stay out of it but since this is kind of a different situation that I hadn't heard about before I thought I would throw it up to the brain trust to ensure I had considered all the angles.  

Also, there is no harm reaching out to some of the larger banks you plan to use for the re-fi and pick their brain.

Forgetting about the fact who already own this home, a decision reduces to a math problem.Based on the current monthly loss and the current value, its a no braining, IMHO.
