love OC my cousins daughter Rachel Bilson was In the show The OC years ago, her character was Summer. 

Since then I have moved to Jacksonville, Fl with my 15 yo daughter and took time to get settled in.

On June 18th my beautiful, healthy, vibrant daughter was born.

She is currently slowing her daughter an kids to live there and they pay the bills as they come.

Tired of telling my daughter I can't afford things, or not being able to get us all decent clothes or any at all.

So i get a text from my newer upper tenant, she explaines her daughter Flushed a "toy" down the toliet, and its plugged.....after replacing the toliet, and bringing the plugged one home, i got out the hose, and a fishtape and recovered a 4 yr olds hello kitty!

FIrst of all...Can my daughter marry you?

We will be renting to our daughter as soon as it is complete.
