Hi all,Okay, so I just took position of a property and the previous owners smoked inside for years.

I have only a few times in my life had a bank come to me and offer a deal, when they did it was a portfolio deal, and the market was in a dark place, like after the housing crash.

It is encouraging that a few other "out of staters" have come to the same conclusions that I have and hopefully where there's smoke there's fire.
