Since market values have been increasing and with local Comps sold at $475K to $490K.What are options on removal for PMI in Las Vegas.

Hi Everyone,I've been looking on Zillow for the past few months for a rental property in Las Vegas. 

My Gas is usually over $4.00 so my estimate of $12.00 per day is for 3 gallons of gas. if you get 25 mpg that's 75 miles per day it's not an uncommon commute here. i understand in Las Vegas whole city is close prox. to housing but that's not the case here in California. have decided to put in Level 2 charges as it's faster charging for tenants who don't want to pay $5 for superchargers or like the convenience of charging from home.
