You can spend countless hours, days, months, years seeking after knowledge or you can spend time making money!

Dont get me wrong education is important, but its far from rocket science to do real estate.I cant change oil, I cant change breaks, I cant run a press, in fact there are countless things that I cant do but I can make alot of money in real estate.

Long story short, I have a single family home (with substantial amount of equity), I have added value to it (without appraisal), and have years of cash savings.I've done my research for the past year, read countless books, listened to hundreds of podcasts, anything and everything you could imagine.  

Flush, bleach, swish, flush again...done.I have saved about 1000 hours of my life and countless miles & gasoline & vacant units because I can't show when the tenants are available. 

The listing website really helps to consolidate all the information you can gather about the property and allows you to package it in a way that makes your listing stand out from the countless others on zillow/trulia/etc.
