The first thing we noticed overnight was the platform's speed, which increased drastically, as well as the new customer support who were checking on us consistently (which was a new thing), so things were turning out for the best, and we were making 1-2 deals a month out of that. 6 months ago, 10 DLC was getting approved in 3-5 days instead of +10, and we upgraded to the managed plans, and had a person manage our accounts, and were able to get to 3-5 deals.

However, they might discount the Underwriting, Processing, or Doc fees if you do multiple deals with the same lender, such as a portfolio transaction or consistent volume. 

Your consistently blown away by the ready answers to everything and, a bit intimidated, maybe feel almost stupid in comparison but right then they even know that and give relief that it's ok, it's why you got them, there here for you. 

If you go at a consistent pace by 30 you will be in a wonderful place financially and with your portfolio.

And the SOLs are not consistent across the country, as each state has its own period.
