I'm reading the NOLO Every Landlord's Legal Guide, and it states that you have to post the Fair Housing Poster where ever you conduct housing related business. 

Has anyone conducted research down there?

The applicants are clearly qualified financially based on their application, and I conduct a thorough check on applicants. 

Typically they get notified by the agency conducting the tax sale.  

When conducting my due diligence on possible PMs in my target markets, Mike really stood out.
