On educated guess, they did not inspect each and every building and built a list, they might pull the data on certain types of buildings, but the list might not be released to the public.This is good news for me as I do foundation work, too bad for owners who need to spend money to do it, I'm sure there will be a program from the city/state that will help aid the expenses again.

Typically the businesses that pay the most for the corner are a pharmacy ( CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid ), gas stations ( Race Trac, Quick Trip ) , banks ( nationals pay a premium for a great location ), restaurants sometimes will want the corner but often they do not want to pay corner money and want to be down just a few spots and then get off traffic with easements from the corner property and a center behind them etc.
