In those cases, the taxes could redistribute from larger buildings to smaller buildings (4 units and below).I own a lot in Middletown and surrounding areas and would be happy to have a conversation with either of you if needed so you know how to play the game.

I remember this exact conversation on a prior purchase and did use that disclosure requirement to lower the purchase price even though the value was justified by an appraisal. 

Using mailers, in an ascending manner, in concert with conversion based marketing, that's what drives up lead gen to hit those 3,4% marks.

First, have a conversation with an accounting firm to see if a cost segregation study will be beneficial to you.You don't want to spend money on something where you won't get a benefit from.

I don't anyone is doing it to be intentionally misleading, but it is a very important part of the conversation.
