Good Morning everyone, This is my first post here on BiggerPockets.com and a newly licenced real estate agent in Florida, currently working with Century 21.

I currently work full time as a Century 21 real estate agent and part time overnight at UPS as a high value associate in their loss prevention department.  

I am a former Western Washingtonian, but that was so last century.  

I can't tell whether you'd be making a fair amount of money flipping century old houses, or digging a very deep trench for yourself.

I've also been with Velocity for 2 1/2 years and have worked with many of the top executives here back in the subprime boom when I was with New Century, WMC, Encore, etc.
