I've seen a lot in town with waist high weeds/brush.

While I personally love the challenge of a "difficult customer", most guys would simply brush off communications or simply charge more for the challenge.

As you're learning, you're going to be networking with fellow students, maybe taking some role in their project(s) - pushing a shovel, a paint roller or a brush, learning about mudding and taping, ...This has the side benefit that lenders prefer educated investors.

At the end of the day, investing is like brushing your teeth.

LoL yay I was using a wide brush but my comments were really about why someone would want to start wholesaling.

Thanks team.I believe you were right; while some expenses are percentages, my error was believing all these expenses stayed static regardless of the rent each month.
