Maybe some kind of blockchain answer to help alleviate or lower title insurance risk models....and therefore lower title insurance costs. 

@Arty FreshYears ago I found making money in my ira/401k worked well for me to alleviate the tax burden.

You can get a coborrower to come alleviate the qualifying income on the file or you can restructure the loan product or terms to make the income work if it's "close," or pay down debt, or restructure the income/taxes to make more of the income you already have to be more acceptable for underwriting purposes.

You can always sell your car to alleviate the majority of that debt; but, the student loans are with you until you pay them off.

That might help alleviate these costs. 

But if you have multiple properties you have a little more spread of income to help alleviate that burden. 

I also considered having roll up doors installed at which time each support could be set back onto concrete while pouring thresholds for the doors which would alleviate that future concern.Currently has no lighting (not even electricity) ran to the facility so there are no utilities costs.

I can say that no amount of books alleviated that fear.
