How many parties involving alcohol di you think happen at an average rental every year versus an Airbnb?

I checked the local county records and found that the landlord rented to a resident with a history of violence, assault, domestic abuse, a felony and several criminal and alcohol charges.

I will bring my tablet, can connect to my office PC if Columbus has internet and if I can figure out out my tablet turns on and am willing to show, discuss, exchange and drink until the first person falls on the floor (3 jokes and I don't drink).I almost never read nor answer private messages because I don't want to get started with committing to time that is short and I apologize. 

One of them wanted me to completely forbid any drinking at all in the unit.
