New siding, added central air, rebuilt deck, updated bathroom, kitchen, and flooring Lessons learned?

.- Ensure electrical panel, wiring, plumbing, drains, heat pumps, central air conditioner, hot water heater, etc. are in good serviceable condition.- Trim baseboards with 6" trim, windows, throughout.Living Room:- Is that an attic access panel?

This is why we aren't operating the Air Bnb ourselves. 3 bed, 1 bath, 1200 sqft, no hot tub as of now.Recently renovated, siding will be replaced later in May.

Forced air will usually make buildings be too dry for human comfort (under 40%) and certainly to dry for mold (needs 65%).

I don't want to deal with Air Bnb either.

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

Our early plan was 5 houses, paid for, to offset my Air Force pension for the time when I got out to be Mom.  

We own two properties that we've shifted from Air BNB to medium term rentals for traveling nurses.

I am currently house hacking a duplex with air bnb to cover our mortgage!

@Brian Ciuchta Slightly off topic but I know @Ben Leybovich is looking into Air BNB units for a small percentage of his multifamily units in Phoenix.
