That said, I make sure to spend on personal health and preventative medicine. 

The body was put to use and then started aching.  

Medicine and law are two very bad places to give advice however when you are not qualified.        

We were also surprised to find out that although zoned residential; the building had been used for somewhat commercial purposes as a distribution center for South American plant based medicinal products.

This a great forum to gain experiential knowledge without the hard aches of actually going through it.

In TX, OK and AZ, they do an ACH on the tenth.  

I invest in B areas, particularly Riverwest here in Milwaukee, and if you get good systems in place like cozy.co where you do an ACH transer from the tenants account to yours (which is free) so you are never chasing tenants around for rent and also set up a google voice account where you can set "business hours" for receiving calls (I only receive calls between 9 - 5 on weekdays and none on weekends otherwise it goes straight to voicemail and sends me a text of what the tenant left a message about if it truly is an emergency) managing is not a huge strain on time. 

I pointed out to him that in the medicine cabinet, was a little slot where people of the time would literally drop their used razor blades right down into the wall.
