Multifamily is a much bigger part of the game in that city than it is here in western Pennsylvania.

I have lived in the SF Bay Area my whole life but it is my belief that the climate crisis will have an immensely negative impact on California, Western, and Southern States in the long run and furthermore the housing prices are so expensive here, which is why I have my eyes set on the Great Lakes Region because of the plentiful natural resources and cooler climate.
