This company should not be going anymore they have completely wrecked so many people financially using their students and pawns for their own greed.

Also, the language you used is very vague and could be argued against it. 

While I am always looking for off-market, as an agent with access to MLS, that's my primary source of looking for deals right now. 

This eliminates ALL the interest on that property, and uses the monthly payments you were making on it to help reduce the debt on the other quicker.
