@Claudio ZocchiI understand your line of thinking but again, it was a long time ago when the individual was a teenager.

He did agree with me my being married helped, with two salaries.What he said after that was joking that someday, some teenager would be going out buying a home.

My dad had been shoving that book to me since I was a teenager but never took a chance to read it until about last year (I'm 25 now).
