Hi BP community!

Long time lurker, first time poster. I've been in real estate for seven years and housing in general for nearly twenty years. I house hacked my first home by converting the back into an ADU, then bought a second home and moved into that one. A few years later I had the opportunity to buy a duplex off market, which I remodeled and still have. Last year I bought a vacation home, remodeled it, and turned it into a high end STR! I also came to the conclusion that you can only own and manage so many single family homes before it becomes unwieldy.

So last year I took a mentorship with a syndication group in town and have been working on moving into multifamily real estate. I'm currently in contract for an 18-plex here in Portland, and it's going great! We're finalizing our financing, raising capital, and finishing up repair negotiations. I'm excited for this next phase in my real estate career and look forward to meeting a bunch of you!

If you want to connect, feel free to reach out! My background originates in construction and remodeling, so you'll probably see me in those forums answering questions where I can. BP has been a tremendous resource over the years and I'm excited to participate in a more active way going forward!

Noah
