Then  use a portal like the one which BP has an affiliate link for.  

That is strange because there "wonderful", "revolutionary", "advanced" automated portal auto-filled the address and verified the legal name of the owner when I did it.As to Andrew's point that bad mouth flippers on their website who want to make 25% profits. 

Even just getting set up with an MLS portal and evaluating those.

We offer all of our tenants and owners their own online portal to take care of all issues.

I like to send monthly statements via email to tenants, which also has our web portal to make online payments.

Get set up with an MLS portal, do you own drive by's and have a standard offer contract package ready to go with your agent so all you have to do is insert the price and the address.

I had to go through 3 before I found one that did the things I wanted them to do for a reasonable price and had an online portal where I could check up on the status at anytime.

I see a few things....First AHS has an online portal, which makes it really easy to submit a claim at ANY hour of the day, or over the weekends. 

With some REO properties the  brokers / agents only contact is with an online portal submission system so they would print the screen showing it had been submitted and give to the buyer.
