That is strange because there "wonderful", "revolutionary", "advanced" automated portal auto-filled the address and verified the legal name of the owner when I did it.As to Andrew's point that bad mouth flippers on their website who want to make 25% profits.

I see a few things....First AHS has an online portal, which makes it really easy to submit a claim at ANY hour of the day, or over the weekends.

With some REO properties the  brokers / agents only contact is with an online portal submission system so they would print the screen showing it had been submitted and give to the buyer.
