The replacement handle costs about 10 bucks on amazon if truly broken but still only takes like a couple minutes to fix.

There isn't much cash flow in Bucks County PA from what I see and some of the fringe areas have a flat population with little growth.

However I also think spending a few bucks to help mitigate that risk is worth it to me.

Cheaper- The houses in Philly are almost half or less than LA and you get more value for your buck.
