Cash flow isn't about supporting a lifestyle today (necessarily), it represents access to the scarcest commodity to most real estate investors, cash (i.e. down payments).

They saw security in a job and a paycheck.Finally after years and years of success they accept my lifestyle although they do not fully understand it but I do not expect them too.

I live a family-centered, positive, and healthy lifestyle.

So I don't see that big of a lifestyle difference between doing what I do and being self employed.
