I was looking at an attractive rental but it looks like the land value is 75+% of the value, so I would be paying a ton get very little tax benefit. 

The return earned on the 380 would make up for the 20 you lost and at the end, you still wouldn't have had a loss of money, just a little less earned.

Hey @Kimberley Sewell, I have never used it but they definitely focus on the revenue instead of the home price.For example, on the main page, there is a place that showed up for me in PA for $397k.

I see the same (professional) Tenants coming to my Court every couple of years, with a NEW Landlord.
