They did a investigation and turned it all over to the prosecutor's office. 

The wholesaler notes the septic tank is too small and needs to be replaced with a bigger one but hasn't done any investigating past that note.I think I need to find out if the permit matches what was actually installed and if not, can I get it permitted correctly?

@Belinda Lopez One of the first items on my MHP development checklist was to investigate the quality of the new housing that's available today.

if they were recent, I'd get the installer back out to investigate whats going on. to a certain extent the neighborhood could come into play with this too. if there is higher crime, this could end up with your tenant getting robbed.

If the building WAS a SFR at one point, then you might need to some serious investigative work to make sure all of the utilities and plumbing are cleanly partitioned.

So you'll need to do some investigating.

I've had legislators tell me no to something that I've wanted to do...and after a little investigation, I've found that they own property near mine and they personally don't want it there and use their office to try and intimidate me, and hope I go away.             

You should also investigate if there have been changes in laws or zoning that the current property is grandfathered into that would pose restrictions on a new construction.
