For all the airbnb owners this week is like Christmas for all of us!

The last one I saw was beyond my ability to help, and I'll be looking at another after Christmas that looks very promising.So it hasn't been a huge month, but I'm pleased with the results.

Not to mention, Christmas was in the middle of the 10 days.

It would be perfect for a B&B, agritourism, small vineyard/winery, Santas village with sales of Christmas trees etc.Question: Does anyone know how to figure out how to determine if there's a market in an area for such a venture?

Just think about if someone in one of those apartments had their identity stolen at Christmas time (Maybe from an ATM card copier or some such, nothing to do with your guy).
