For all the airbnb owners this week is like Christmas for all of us! Our "nut" for our airbnb is $26,000 a year which includes utilities, restock, taxes, and insurance. In just 3 days for derby we are making back $10,000. Airbnbs are a powerful tool! Derby is a great tool for us to highlight are wonderful market.
