@Phil Christian I totally agree that Craigslist has fallen out of favor. 3+ years ago I would post an ad on Craigslist and a majority of my leads for the property would come from responding to the ad.

Using the same rationale, I can definitively say that Christianity is a bunch of bunk because there have been scientists who have faked archeological finds in attempt to support the biblical stories.I'll let you decide if you want to stick with that rationale or if you want to go in another direction...
