Do I need to continue to sign a lease for another year or am I able to give them the 60 day notice to leave the property once they’re lease is up?  

I see this section:"If the address of any record owner is not located in the county in which the dwelling islocated, the name and address of a person who resides in the county and is authorized toaccept notices from a tenant, to issue receipts for those notices and to accept service ofprocess on behalf of the out-of-county record owner(s) is as follows:"What am I supposed to do in this case?

By no means am I trying to slumlord my rentals in anyway.

What am I missing?

Why am I getting 3 different answers from 3 different mortgage calculators?

So am I qualified definitely not 

I guess I'm asking does it really matter which one we start out with first or am I overthinking this process after intaking vast amounts of information.
