We typically spend a couple bucks bringing up the aesthetic, which helps push rents.  

Also, a wall and windowed door might not be a good aesthetic choice for a residential unit but it would not make it unlivable as a residential unit.

I'm sure there will also be the possibility of forced appreciation because most small multis sold in Sac are not up to 2020 aesthetics. 

Use ducted minisplits if aesthetics are important. 

Is concrete ok with the aesthetics or would the property benefit form the pop of color a composite deck might bring
