Shortly after Roofstock acquired them I have seen improvements and haven't had issues with bank account connectivity.

We have used Axis products before, and they have great support/installation services.

The highest appreciating markets and those with the greatest rental demand/price- like those in Florida and Texas - also cost more to acquire and insure. 

I am noticing for the others I am trying to acquire I am the only bidder.

I think the product is absolutely amazing for investors!

From there I'd look to refi and use the cash to then acquire STR's or potentially bigger multi-family/apartments.
