I would like to at some point be at the Executive level providing great leadership that focuses on open communication, innovation, continuous opportunity, and safety.From my time managing people I have learned the most important trait in a great new hire is motivation and independence.

I already have proof of concept in Raleigh as Ive talked to multiple people (including the agent Im working with there) saying airbnb-ing rooms is a cash cow there. 

I may focus on that market since I can hit some people up to be boots on the ground. 

@Mike Robb you would think with the money they charge people for very little benefit they could create an app.

I’ve currently got a 3/3 and generally there’s 2 of us living here but when my daughter and family come visit, 5-6 people having even more than 3 bathrooms would be a plus.

I can see many people's recommendations in the other thread being focused on house hacking, which makes sense to me. 

Many people in the past few years that were simply raising money for funds or syndications, are now in serious legal trouble.

Since we are two people, we can manage the negative cash flow together.

Either way, there are several people who make this work all the time.
