They have recently added staff to improve response rates, we have seen steady activity even this far into the winter and conversion from leads to tenants has improved as well.

My daughters new Lenox system lost both the blower & induction motors, middle of winter 8 months after the new install & had compressor problems every year there after & I believe there was a recall on it.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electricity due to the reduced natural light and more people indoors.

Because it's a seasonal market, whereby we should expect full occupancy during summer, some occupancy during both shoulder seasons and we should have been happy if we get any occupancy in the winter.

Did they explain how children being kept in an unheated home in winter would not be reportable since its unsafe?

I spend my winters in Colorado and want a get away spot I can go on weekends to relax be close to nature.

Prices are very high so I am not sure how well you can do in our area these days.McCall is nice, but prices are also very high and it is a bit limited on access in the winter.
